To be able to get transactions safer, we are asking you to fill out the subscription form. Then, choose a password who will authorise your to have access to your account all the time. There is no case where Spoutnik.tv will announce those personal informations.

Receiving and delivery

You ALWAYS receive a CONFIRMATION of your order by e-mail in the next 48 hours you did it.

All packages are sent fastly, and usually in less than 2 working days and often sooner. The term of delivery is between 2 and 5 working days. If the product is not in inventary, we will notify you the delivery date the faster we can. We want to than you for your patience. All the orders will be done by the order of their reception..

If you ask for your order to be delivered at a different address, please specifie it in the commentaries area of the purchase order. (ex. If it is a gift to someone, specifie that it is a gift). We will take off all the price tags. The invoice will be send by post to the buyer only. The receiver of the parcel will only receive the items ordered with the name of the buyer.

QUÉBEC & CANADA:
The minimum postal fees are $ 6.00 CAN for the first game, each additional game is $2.00 more. Those fees are for all orders sent in Québec and in all Canada and will be added to your invoice. For all the orders COD (cash on delivery) please add $6.00 CAN to the postal fees.

FRANCE:
For all the international orders, the postal fees will be applied depending on the size of the order and all the orders are sent by PLANE if there is no notes from you. The terms of delivery are between 7 and 12 working days.

USA DELIVERY:
The cost for the shipping all depend the weight of your order. We use Xpresspost. Those prices are $ Canadian.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal credit cards.

Your credit card informations are encrypted during the mailing, it means that only our experts can decode your credit card number.

Taxes

Here are the taxes charged:
Canada: The GST (5%) is applied on the billing.
Québec: The GST (5%) and the QST (9.5%) are applied on the billing.
International: No taxes are applied on your billing.
