The evil, ugly witch Gruntilda has kidnapped your beautiful sister, Tooty, and plans to steal her beauty. It’s up to you to stop her. You play the duo of the honey bear, Banjo, and the red gull, Kazooie, in BANJO-KAZOOIE for the Nintendo 64. Each character has their own special moves, and you can switch back and forth between the two to use them. Banjo can do things like punch, jump, and swim, while Kazooie can fire eggs, glide, and use her beak against enemies. You’ll need every skill you can gather, because you’ll have to find jigsaw puzzle pieces and musical notes to unlock doors to the 10 different worlds in Banjo-Kazooie’s quest. Some of the levels include "Mumbo’s Mountain," an enemy- filled mountain; "Bubblegloop Swamp," a dangerous swamp crawling with creatures; and "Mad Monster Mansion," a haunted area with ghosts and ghouls. Can you get your sister back?
